TAGGENBRUNN

Set in the picturesque landscape of central Austrian Carinthia, Taggenbrunn is a haven for wine, food and culture lovers. It is set on 45 hectares of vineyards and produces wine of the highest quality, which has been awarded many prizes. In addition, the estate is home to a charming 19th-century building that combines a unique space for unforgettable events and a boutique hotel. The estate also boasts an exceptional late Gothic building which provides a unique venue for a variety of business and private events such as weddings, seminars and celebrations.

The estate also includes the imposing Taggenbrunn Castle, which has been revived and given a new lease of life by the renowned Austrian Riedel family. Behind the castle walls is an impressive concert hall where many concerts take place, as well as a museum with a permanent exhibition on the castle's history and a multimedia exhibition by renowned curator Andrea Heller.

As of May 2024, the Jezrškovi family took over the management of the castle's restaurant and café, where we offer our guests a boutique and carefully prepared menu based on respect for the environment and culinary excellence.
