Jezeršek Catering impresses with culinary excellence at the 50th anniversary of Jacques Lemans
Sora, 23. 10. 2024
The
Jezeršek Catering team delivered an exceptional catering experience at the gala
event held in the stunning concert hall of Taggenbrunn Castle, near Klagenfurt,
to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the prestigious Jacques Lemans brand.
The formal
event welcomed more than 100 selected guests who joined the Riedl family,
founders of the internationally renowned Jacques Lemans watch and jewelry
company, in celebrating the occasion. Among the guests were numerous Austrian
and foreign personalities, including the popular Austrian actor Tobias Moretti,
the Red Bull manager Robert Hohensinn and his wife Ines, the former Austrian
Minister of Health and Women's Affairs Maria Rauch-Kallat, the opera singer
Ildiko Raimondi, and many others.
More than
just a celebration of Jacques Lemans' success, the event was also the occasion
for the premiere of a new James Bond-style promotional video starring Tobias
Moretti. The video emphasizes the prestige and timelessness of the brand that
the Riedl family has successfully built up over half a century. The event also symbolized
a new step in the deepening of the cooperation between the Riedl and Jezeršek
families, who began their partnership a few months ago, when the Riedl family
invited the renowned Slovenian company Jezeršek catering to join forces with
them in order to improve the culinary offer at Taggenbrunn.
The
Jezeršek Catering team once again demonstrated their commitment to sustainable
development and responsible catering through their innovative approach. At the
event, they stuck to their long-term vision of reducing food waste, a key part
of their sustainability strategy. Their responsible culinary creations,
combining tradition and innovation, delighted guests who enjoyed carefully
prepared dishes using local and seasonal ingredients.
The event
was also of great importance to the Jezeršek family, as their presence in the
Austrian market continues to grow. The Riedl family, who already work with the
Jezeršek team to run the Taggenbrun Burgrestaurant, café, wine bar and boutique
hotel, entrusted them with organizing the catering for this prestigious event,
further cementing their successful partnership and strengthening the trust
between the two families.
Martin
Jezeršek, director of Jezeršek Gostinstvo, said: "We are delighted with
our growing cooperation with the Riedl family. We believe in the success of our
partnership as we are united not only by our passion, respect for knowledge and
dedication to work, but also by the principles of innovation, responsibility
and sustainability. The story of these two families is a success story in its
own right, and I am confident that we will write many new chapters together.”
By entering the Austrian market, Jezeršek Gostinstvo is opening new doors in catering and event management. In recent months, they have successfully provided high-end catering services for numerous corporate and private events, as well as prestigious sporting events, including the Davis Cup & Tennis ATP Challenger 125 tournament, the KÄRNTEN Läuft marathon around Lake Wörthersee and international football matches. This segment opens up new opportunities for Jezeršek Gostinstvo to further expand and strengthen its brand in the international market.
